Honey Lime Dressing
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup honey | ||
| 1/2 tsp grated lime peel | ||
| 1/4 cup lime juice | ||
| 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg | ||
| 3/4 cup vegetable oil |
- Add the honey, lime peel, lime juice and ground nutmeg to a non metallic bowl.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking the mixture.
- Recipe may be doubled.
