Raspberry Iced Tea


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 5 tea bags
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 2 tbs superfine sugar
  • Place the raspberries and tea bags in a heat proof bowl.
  • Pour the water over, then add the sugar. Mix well.
  • Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  • Taste for sugar. If you like your tea sweeter, add more sugar.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator and chill for several hours.
  • Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes.
