Chesapeake Bay Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This sauce is wonderful drizzled over fried fish, oysters or shrimp.

  • Combine all ingredients and allow to stand for several hours before serving.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
