Cilantro Garlic Sauce
- 2 (12oz) jars of Mexican crema
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bunch cilantro, trimmed of stems
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This sauce is wonderful spread over avocado salad, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until completely smooth.
- Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for several hours before using.
- Sauce will keep for several weeks.
