Cilantro Garlic Sauce


  • 2 (12oz) jars of Mexican crema
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 bunch cilantro, trimmed of stems
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This sauce is wonderful spread over avocado salad, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas.

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until completely smooth.
  • Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for several hours before using.
  • Sauce will keep for several weeks.
