Chesapeake Crab Meat Salad


  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 3 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp capers
Chesapeake Crab Meat Salad:

  • Remove the cartilage from the crab meat, if any.
  • Put the celery in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and capers.
  • Add the crab meat and mix gently but thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
