Chesapeake Crab Meat Salad
|1 lb lump crab meat|
|3/4 cup chopped celery|
|2 tbs lemon juice|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
|3 tbs mayonnaise|
|1 tsp capers|
Chesapeake Crab Meat Salad:
- Remove the cartilage from the crab meat, if any.
- Put the celery in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and capers.
- Add the crab meat and mix gently but thoroughly.
- Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
