Hawaiian Pineapple Delight
Ingredients
2 ripe pineapples | ||
Creme de menthe to taste | ||
Confectioners sugar to taste |
- Cut the pineapples in half lengthwise, the halve crosswise.
- Cut the pulp from the rind by cutting along the length between the rind and the pulp.
- Cut out the fibrous core and discard.
- Cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces and arrange on top of the rind.
- Splash with creme de menthe and dust with confectioners sugar.
