Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
5 inch piece of fresh horseradish, peeled | ||
juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
1 and 1/4 cups creme fresh or sour cream | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Finely grated the horseradish.
- Sprinkle the grated horseradish with the lemon juice to prevent discoloring
- Mix with the creme fraiche or sour cream and season to taste.
- Recipe may be doubled.
