Indian Milk Pudding
Ingredients
6 cups rice milk | ||
2 bananas, pureed | ||
2 tsp apple butter | ||
2 tbs brown rice syrup | ||
1/2 tsp ground cardamom |
This is a favorite amount Indian children.
- Boil rice milk and reduce the heat to low, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer the milk for about 30 minutes, until the milk is reduced by about 2/3 of it’s volume.
- Add banana puree and apple butter, then add brown rice syrup and cardamom.
- Cool covered the the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
