Italian Herb Wine Vinegar
|1/2 cup fresh oregano|
|1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped|
|4 garlic cloves, minced|
|1 quart red wine vinegar|
|Dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper|
- Add the herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to a wine bottle.
- Cork the bottle and store for a minimum of one month before using.
- This vinegar becomes better with age.
- Use drizzled over salads.
