Italian Herb Wine Vinegar


  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 quart red wine vinegar
  • Dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
    • Add the herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to a wine bottle.
    • Cork the bottle and store for a minimum of one month before using.
    • This vinegar becomes better with age.
    • Use drizzled over salads.
