Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce


  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 stick of unsalted buter
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Heat the oil and butter in a large saute pan using medium heat. When the butter begins to bubble, reduce the heat to medium.
  • Add the garlic clove and the mushrooms and saute’, constantly stirring for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped parsley and garlic, and mix well. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is soft but not browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper and place in a serving dish. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms.
