Salmon Vodka Pate
Ingredients
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened | ||
1/2 lb of wild salmon, bones removed if any | ||
2 tbs vodka | ||
1 tbs lemon juice | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
2 tsp garlic powder |
- Place all ingredients, except for salt and pepper in a mixing bowl or food processor.
- Process until the mixture is smooth.
- Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
