Salmon Vodka Pate


  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb of wild salmon, bones removed if any
  • 2 tbs vodka
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Place all ingredients, except for salt and pepper in a mixing bowl or food processor.
  • Process until the mixture is smooth.
  • Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
