Sauteed Baby Spinach
Ingredients
1/2 lb baby spinach | ||
1/4 shallots, minced | ||
1/2 tbs olive oil | ||
Pinch of black pepper |
Directions:
- Preheat a large saute pan on high heat.
- Add the oil and shallots and saute until tender. About 2-3 minutes
- Add the baby spinach and season with salt and pepper.
- cook only until the spinach leaves are wilted.
- Remove from pan at once, and serve.
