Low Calorie Chocolate Banana Shake


  • 2 cups cold skim┬ámilk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
  • sugar substitute if desired

Each 1 cup serving contains only 95 calories.


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until frothy.
  • If desired you can serve over ice if desired.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
