Low Calorie Cottage Cheese Pancakes
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 4 egg whites
- 1 and 1/2 tsp ap flour
- vegetable cooking spray
Each pancake contains only 38 calories.
- Combine all ingredients, except for cooking spray, in an electric blender and process until smooth.
- For each pancake, pour 1/4 of the batter onto a hot nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
- cook over medium heat, turning pancakes when tops are bubbly.
- Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
