Low Calorie Strawberry Shake
|1 and 1/2 cups skim milk|
|1/3 cup fresh strawberries|
|2 tbs unsweetened orange juice|
|sugar substitute to equal 2 tbs of sugar|
|1/2 cup non fat buttermilk|
- Combine skim milk, strawberries, orange juice and sugar substitute in a blender or food processor, and process until the strawberries are pureed and the mixture if frothy.
- Transfer to a small pitcher and stir in the buttermilk.
- May be served over ice if desired.
