Low Calorie Strawberry Shake


  • 1 and 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbs unsweetened orange juice
  • sugar substitute to equal 2 tbs of sugar
  • 1/2 cup non fat buttermilk


  • Combine skim milk, strawberries, orange juice and sugar substitute in a blender or food processor, and process until the strawberries are pureed and the mixture if frothy.
  • Transfer to a small pitcher and stir in the buttermilk.
  • May be served over ice if desired.
