Lemon Butter Sauce


  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice

This sauce is perfect to drizzle over baked, broiled or sauteed fish or shell fish.


  • In a double boiler, over hot water but off the heat, stir the butter with a wooden spoon until creamy.
  • Add the salt, continue stirring, and gradually ad a tbs of lemon juice.
  • Serve drizzled over fish or shell fish at once
