Low Calorie Chef’s Salad
|8 cups torn ice berg lettuce|
|1 cup thinly sliced radishes|
|2 scallions, sliced|
|1/3 cup bottled low calorie Thousand Island dressing|
|2 oz chopped low calorie ham|
|1 oz low calorie turkey, chopped|
|1/4 cup low calorie cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1/4 cup low calorie Swiss cheese, shredded|
|2 small tomatoes, chopped|
|1 hard boiled egg, chopped|
This recipe contains only 92 calories per 1 and 1/2 cup serving.
- Combine lettuce, radishes and scallions in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled
- Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Top with ham, turkey, cheeses, tomatoes and egg.
