Low Calorie Chef’s Salad

Ingredients

8 cups torn ice berg lettuce
1 cup thinly sliced radishes
2 scallions, sliced
1/3 cup bottled low calorie Thousand Island dressing
2 oz chopped low calorie ham
1 oz low calorie turkey, chopped
1/4 cup low calorie cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup low calorie Swiss cheese, shredded
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 hard boiled egg,  chopped

This recipe contains only 92 calories per 1 and 1/2 cup serving.

Directions:

  • Combine lettuce, radishes and scallions in a large bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled
  • Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Top with ham, turkey, cheeses, tomatoes and egg.
