Low Calorie Chef’s Salad
- 8 cups torn ice berg lettuce
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/3 cup bottled low calorie Thousand Island dressing
- 2 oz chopped low calorie ham
- 1 oz low calorie turkey, chopped
- 1/4 cup low calorie cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup low calorie Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
This recipe contains only 92 calories per 1 and 1/2 cup serving.
- Combine lettuce, radishes and scallions in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled
- Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Top with ham, turkey, cheeses, tomatoes and egg.
