Low Calorie Chef’s Salad


  • 8 cups torn ice berg lettuce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup bottled low calorie Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 oz chopped low calorie ham
  • 1 oz low calorie turkey, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low calorie cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup low calorie Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 hard boiled egg, ¬†chopped

This recipe contains only 92 calories per 1 and 1/2 cup serving.


  • Combine lettuce, radishes and scallions in a large bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled
  • Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Top with ham, turkey, cheeses, tomatoes and egg.
