Low Calorie Parmesan Peas


  • 1 lb frozen peas
  • 1 tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp low calorie margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

This recipe contains only 80 calories per 1/2 cup serving.


  • Cook peas according to package directions.
  • Toss with remaining ingredients and serve warm.
