Low Calorie Parmesan Peas
- 1 lb frozen peas
- 1 tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp low calorie margarine, melted
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

- Cook peas according to package directions.
- Toss with remaining ingredients and serve warm.
