Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 cup plain yogurt | ||
1/4 cup non-fat buttermilk | ||
1 tbs low calorie mayonnaise | ||
1 tbs chopped dill pickle | ||
1 tbs low calorie ketchup | ||
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped | ||
1/2 tsp seasoned salt |
This recipe contains only 34 calories per 2 tbs serving.
Directions:
- Combine the yogurt, buttermilk and mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the pickle, ketchup, parsley and seasoned salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours until well chilled.
