Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
|1/4 cup plain yogurt|
|1/4 cup non-fat buttermilk|
|1 tbs low calorie mayonnaise|
|1 tbs chopped dill pickle|
|1 tbs low calorie ketchup|
|1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped|
|1/2 tsp seasoned salt|

- Combine the yogurt, buttermilk and mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the pickle, ketchup, parsley and seasoned salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours until well chilled.
