Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing


  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup non-fat buttermilk
  • 1 tbs low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tbs low calorie ketchup
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

This recipe contains only 34 calories per 2 tbs serving.


  • Combine the yogurt, buttermilk and mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Stir in the pickle, ketchup, parsley and seasoned salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours until well chilled.
