Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup non-fat buttermilk
- 1 tbs low calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tbs chopped dill pickle
- 1 tbs low calorie ketchup
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
This recipe contains only 34 calories per 2 tbs serving.
- Combine the yogurt, buttermilk and mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the pickle, ketchup, parsley and seasoned salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours until well chilled.
