Low Calorie Waldorf Salad
- 3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup low calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tbs lemon juice
This recipe contains only 98 calories for each 1 cup serving.
- Combine apple, celery and raisins in a bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the fruit mixture and gently mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
