Low Calorie Waldorf Salad
|3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced|
|1/2 cup sliced celery|
|1/4 cup raisins|
|1/2 cup low calorie mayonnaise|
|1 tbs lemon juice|

- Combine apple, celery and raisins in a bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the fruit mixture and gently mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
