Low Calorie Waldorf Salad


  • 3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

This recipe contains only 98 calories for each 1 cup serving.


  • Combine apple, celery and raisins in a bowl.
  • Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add the fruit mixture and gently mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
