- 1 tbs whole peppercorns, crushed
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbs shallots, minced
- kosher salt to taste

- Add the peppercorns to a bowl, then add the shallots and red wine vinegar.
- Add a little kosher salt to taste and mix well.
