Strawberry’s with French Cream
Ingredients
| 1 cup heavy cream | ||
| 1/3 cup powdered sugar | ||
| 1/2 cup sour cream | ||
| 1/2 tsp grated orange peel | ||
| 1 quart strawberries, hulled | ||
| Grated dark chocolate |
- Beat cream until stiff. Make sure that you are using a cold bowl.
- Fold in sugar, sour cream and orange peel.
- Serve over strawberries and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
