Asian Spiced Nuts
Ingredients
1/2 lb blanched whole almonds | ||
1/4 lb cashew nuts | ||
2 tsp soy sauce | ||
1 tsp water | ||
2 tbs butter | ||
2 tsp five spice powder | ||
1 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
- Add the nuts to a bowl and sprinkle with soy sauce and water. Mix well
- Add the five spice powder and garlic powder and mix again to combine.
- Place the nuts on a foil covered baking sheet and dot with butter.
- In a preheated 350 degree oven, bake the nuts for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
