Crab and Shrimp Salad
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked, with a few reserved for garnish
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tbs Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbs roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and garnish with whole shrimp.
- Place salad on a bed of lettuce.
