|1 lb lump crab meat|
|12 oz cream cheese|
|8 oz sour cream|
|1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice|
|1 tsp dry mustard|
|1 tsp old bay seasoning|
|1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated|
|milk if needed|
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, adding a little milk if necessary for consistency.
- Put mixture in casserole pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve on crackers or on crusty bread as an appetizer.
