Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
| 1 large clove garlic | ||
| 1 tsp kosher salt | ||
| 1/4 lb blue cheese, crumbled | ||
| 2/3 cup mayonnaise | ||
| 2 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1/2 tsp dry mustard | ||
| 1/4 tsp paprika | ||
| 1/4 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
- Crush garlic with salt in a small bowl. The tines of a fork make quick work of this.
- Add crumbled cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika and pepper.
- Stir until ingredients are well blended and dressing is smooth and creamy.
- Cover and chill until ready to use.
