Low Calorie Mock Sour Cream
Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese | ||
2 tbs skim milk | ||
1 tbs lemon juice |
This recipe can be used as a substitute for sour cream. It contains only 11 calories per 1 tbs serving.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a serving container, cover and refrigerate until completely chilled.
