- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup non fat dry milk powder
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar

- Place ice water in a small bowl and gradually add milk power, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute.
- Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
