|1/4 cup ice water|
|1/4 cup non fat dry milk powder|
|1 tbs lemon juice|
|sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar|

- Place ice water in a small bowl and gradually add milk power, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
