Low Calorie Whipped Topping


  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 1/4 cup non fat dry milk powder
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar

This recipe contains only 11 calories per 2 tablespoon serving.


  • Place ice water in a small bowl and gradually add milk power, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute.
  • Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
