Marinated Mushrooms
Ingredients
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced | ||
1/2 cup olive oil | ||
2 tbs vinegar | ||
2 tbs lemon juice | ||
2 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp dried basil | ||
1/4 tsp dry mustard | ||
dash of black pepper | ||
1 clove garlic, crushed | ||
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
- Place mushrooms in a shallow glass dish.
- Add all other ingredients to a non metal bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the mushrooms.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
