Sauteed Soft Shell Crabs


  • 4 soft shell crabs
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup butter


  • Wash, remove gills and dry the crabs.
  • In a small bowl, mix flour and old bay seasoning together.
  • In a large frying pan, melt butter.
  • Dredge crabs in flour, then remove excess.
  • Saute crabs in butter using medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side.
