Sauteed Soft Shell Crabs
|4 soft shell crabs|
|2 tbs flour|
|2 tsp Old Bay seasoning|
|1/2 cup butter|
- Wash, remove gills and dry the crabs.
- In a small bowl, mix flour and old bay seasoning together.
- In a large frying pan, melt butter.
- Dredge crabs in flour, then remove excess.
- Saute crabs in butter using medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side.
