Asian Green Onion Garlic Sauce
|1 bunch of scallions,white and green parts|
|3 tbs of fresh ginger, grated|
|1/2 cup vegetable oil|
|2 cloves garlic, minced|
|kosher and black pepper to taste|
This is a multi purpose sauce that can be added to soups as well as drizzles over chicken or seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Use as an addition to soups as well as to drizzle over chicken or seafood.
