Asian Green Onion Garlic Sauce
- 1 bunch of scallions,white and green parts
- 3 tbs of fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher and black pepper to taste
This is a multi purpose sauce that can be added to soups as well as drizzles over chicken or seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Use as an addition to soups as well as to drizzle over chicken or seafood.
