Asian Green Onion Garlic Sauce


  • 1 bunch of scallions,white and green parts
  • 3 tbs of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • kosher and black pepper to taste

This is a multi purpose sauce that can be added to soups as well as drizzles over chicken or seafood.

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Use as an addition to soups as well as to drizzle over chicken or seafood.
