Indian Naan Bread
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tbs ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 and 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the ghee, flour and salt together and add enough milk to form a soft dough.
- Knead until the dough becomes pliant, then roll out in 4 inch diameter circles, 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake on a greased tray for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
