- 4 tbs prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- 4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
This is a spin on the classic Baltimore tiger sauce that is made with just mayonnaise and horseradish. This version contains a few more interesting flavors.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Use a dipping sauce or draped over roast beef sandwiches, prime rib or steaks.
