Mango Strawberry and Pineapple Salsa
|2 mangos, peeled seeded and diced|
|2 cups fresh strawberries, diced|
|1 cup sliced scallions, sliced on a bias|
|1 jalapeno, peeled, seeded and diced|
|zest and juice from 2 limes|
|2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped|
|kosher salt to taste|
- Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and gently mix well.
- Season with kosher salt to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
