Mango Strawberry and Pineapple Salsa


  • 2 mangos, peeled seeded and diced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup sliced scallions, sliced on a bias
  • 1 jalapeno, peeled, seeded and diced
  • zest and juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
  • kosher salt to taste
  • Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and gently mix well.
  • Season with kosher salt to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
