Mango Strawberry and Pineapple Salsa
- 2 mangos, peeled seeded and diced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup sliced scallions, sliced on a bias
- 1 jalapeno, peeled, seeded and diced
- zest and juice from 2 limes
- 2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
- kosher salt to taste
- Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and gently mix well.
- Season with kosher salt to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
