Caviar Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
| 6 hard boiled eggs | ||
| 4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced | ||
| 2 tbs sour cream | ||
| 1 tsp lemon juice | ||
| 2 tbs caviar | ||
| kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
| lemon rind and caviar for garnish |
Directions:
- Gently mix all ingredients with the egg yolks.
- Spoon ingredients back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with extra caviar and lemon rind.
