Caviar Deviled Eggs
|6 hard boiled eggs|
|4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced|
|2 tbs sour cream|
|1 tsp lemon juice|
|2 tbs caviar|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
|lemon rind and caviar for garnish|
- Gently mix all ingredients with the egg yolks.
- Spoon ingredients back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with extra caviar and lemon rind.
