Caviar Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 4┬áscallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbs caviar
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • lemon rind and caviar for garnish


  • Gently mix all ingredients with the egg yolks.
  • Spoon ingredients back into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with extra caviar and lemon rind.
