- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Combine the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add a pinch of sugar along with the mustard.
- Using a whisk slowly add the oil while whisking constantly.
- Taste for seasoning.
