|2 tbs lime juice|
|2 tbs simple syrup|
|3 oz dark rum|
|dash Angostura bitters|
|1/2 cup crushed ice|
- Combine the lime juice, syrup, rum, bitters and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake virgorously.
- Pour, unstrained into a small tumbler.
- Decorate with the cherry.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
