Shrimp and Cucumber Deviled Eggs


  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup cooked small peeled shrimp, reserving 12 for garnish the rest chopped
  • 1 oz cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • fennel sprigs for garnish


  • Mix all ingredients with the egg yolks, then spoon back into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with the reserved shrimp and fennel sprigs.
