Asian Sesame Shrimp
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter | ||
1 tbs sesame oil | ||
1 lb large shrimp, in shell | ||
1/3 cup soy sauce | ||
3 tbs dry sherry | ||
1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed |
- Melt the butter and oil in a large skillet, then add the shrimp.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the skillet.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
