Asian Sesame Shrimp


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 lb large shrimp, in shell
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbs dry sherry
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • Melt the butter and oil in a large skillet, then add the shrimp.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
