Banana Daiquiri


  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz banana liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 small banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender, and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve in cocktail or champagne glasses.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
