- 2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz banana liqueur
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 small banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender, and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy.
- Serve in cocktail or champagne glasses.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
