Cuban Apricot Cocktail
Ingredients
| 2 oz light rum | ||
| 3/4 oz apricot brandy | ||
| 1 tbs lime juice | ||
| 3 or 4 ice cubes |
- Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a cocktail glass or pour un-strained into a small old fashioned glass.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
