Cuban Apricot Cocktail
- 2 oz light rum
- 3/4 oz apricot brandy
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a cocktail glass or pour un-strained into a small old fashioned glass.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
