Cuban Rum Punch


  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 tsp curacao
  • 1 tbs pineapple juice
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • maraschino cherry for garnish


  • Combine the rum, Curacao, pineapple and lime juice, and the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a sour glass and decorate with the fruit.
  • Recipe may be  doubled  or tripled.
