Cuban Rum Punch
|2 oz light rum|
|1 tsp curacao|
|1 tbs pineapple juice|
|1 tbs lime juice|
|3 or 4 ice cubes|
|maraschino cherry for garnish|
- Combine the rum, Curacao, pineapple and lime juice, and the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a sour glass and decorate with the fruit.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
