Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
|2 tbs rice wine vinegar|
|1 tsp sesame oil|
|1 tbs extra virgin olive oil|
|1 tbs honey|
|1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated|
|1 tbs soy sauce|
|1/2 cup pineapple juice|
This is one of our favorite salad dressings.
- Combine all ingredients and add to a jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Shake vigorously and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
