Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing


  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
This is one of our favorite salad dressings.

  • Combine all ingredients and add to a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  • Shake vigorously and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
