Summertime Lemmonade


  • 1 and 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 and 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 4 and 12 cups cold water
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • Combine sugar and boiling water, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add lemon juice and cold water, mix well.
  • Chill and serve over ice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
