Mango Radish and Lime Salsa

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
1 small red onion, chopped
6-8 fresh radishes, chopped
2 tbs cilantro, chopped
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
juice from 3 limes
zest from 1 lime.
  • Add all ingredients to a large non-metal bowl and combine well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours before serving.
