Mango Radish and Lime Salsa
Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed | ||
1 small red onion, chopped | ||
6-8 fresh radishes, chopped | ||
2 tbs cilantro, chopped | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
juice from 3 limes | ||
zest from 1 lime. |
- Add all ingredients to a large non-metal bowl and combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours before serving.
