Mango Radish and Lime Salsa
|2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed|
|1 small red onion, chopped|
|6-8 fresh radishes, chopped|
|2 tbs cilantro, chopped|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
|juice from 3 limes|
|zest from 1 lime.|
- Add all ingredients to a large non-metal bowl and combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours before serving.
