- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 heaping tsp pure vanilla extract.
This syrup is similar if not better than the syrup they sell at Starbucks. It can be added directly to coffer, cappuccino, or drizzled over ice cream. It is easiest used if added to a pump bottle.
- Bring water and sugar to a boil.
- Stir to dissolve sugar completely.
- Remove from the heat, then add the vanilla and mix well.
- Add to the mixture to a pump bottle and use as desired.
