- 1 cup sliced ripe strawberries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs honey
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well on low speed.
- Cover refrigerated until ready to serve.
