|1 cup sliced ripe strawberries
|1/4 cup olive oil
|1 tbs apple cider vinegar
|4 tsp lemon juice
|1 tbs sugar
|2 tbs honey
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste
|1/2 tsp garlic powder
|1/4 tsp dried basil
|1/4 tsp dried parsley
- Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well on low speed.
- Cover refrigerated until ready to serve.
