- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- Place bananas, honey and a small amount of milk in a blender and puree until almost smooth.
- Add remaining milk, ice cream and ginger.
- Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
