Mustard Caper Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
This sauce goes especially well with pork, chicken or fish. It may also be used as a salad dressing.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate before using.
- If you are using and a sauce for fish or chicken, bring to room temperature before using.
