Mustard Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp capers, chopped
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
This sauce goes especially well with pork, chicken or fish. It may also be used as a salad dressing.

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate before using.
  • If you are using and a sauce for fish or chicken, bring to room temperature before using.
