- 2 and 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 pint orange sherbet, softened
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Place half the milk, half of the sherbet, the apricots, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining milk and sherbet and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serves immediately.
