Orange Apricot Milkshake


  • 2 and 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pint orange sherbet, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract


  • Place half the milk, half of the sherbet, the apricots, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Add the remaining milk and sherbet and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Serves immediately.
